The palace is the third largest palace in the land area in Alexandria after the Montazah Palace and Ras El Tin Palace, where it has an area of "acres" and the palace was built on "670" meters of its area only in the "neo-classical" style, an architectural style known in Europe in the 18th century inspired by Greek architecture.
